Small Groups
Bible study and fellowship within a close group to build our faith through meditation on the Word of God.
“Let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” Hebrews 10:25

ommunity is in the nature of God — it flows from who He is. It is also His gift to us, that we might press in to one another so we can care, share, confess, forgive, laugh, weep, grow, and be accountable to one another.
We aim for every adult and young adult member of the church to be part of a small group. Each small group has two leaders, an approximate age range, a preferred language, and a specific meeting day.
How to Join a Small Group
The first step in joining a small group is simple: come to worship service on Sunday! The small groups are a way to deepen your faith in closer fellowship with select members of the church. If you don’t come to church, you are neglecting the basis for that relationship in the first place.
After you have taken part in corporate prayer, worship, and the Word, at least one of our ministers will introduce themselves, talk to you about your faith and background, and then share the details for a small group to join if the time is right. The minister will probably call them “home groups” because that was how they started – meeting at people’s homes! Some still meet at a home, but many now meet at the church instead.
The other way you might join a small group is to be invited by a friend! Small groups are one way that our church evangelizes. Some people who are curious about Christ feel that “going to church” on Sunday is a lot of pressure, and they are more comfortable hearing the Word initially in a less formal setting.
